Warranty/After-Sale Service

1. We will offer you 90 days warranty.

2. We test one by one before shipping, 100% working well before shipping. Please rest assured purchase.

3. We have a professional team to pack it very well to avoid damage, so please don’t worry about the package.

4. Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty (In most buyers will only have to return the problem components than the entire package.)

5. Replace new and good if you got the fake products. But please make sure that is not used and not man-made damaged.


6. Before returning items, please make sure you get to our return and write ”gift” on the delivery sheet.Please use regular postal and give us the tracking number. Once we receive the items, we will repair them or exchange them as soon as possible.


7. Please check the parcel appearance carefully when you receive it and confirm if there is appearance breakage. If it’s damaged, please do not sign for it and provide pictures of the package as well as the proof document from your local post office. We will try our best to help you to solve the problem.


8. If you find the product does not work normally, please check twice to confirm it and contact us at the first time. Customer should pay for the return shipping fee. We refuse any refund for objective cause and damage of the product due to your improper installation.


9. Important Tips:

Please testing before fixing and please don’t remove the mark before you have confirm the product has not any problem. If you are not a professional, so please don't in their installation. Buyer once remove the mark, we don’t offer any warranty.


10. If you are satisfied with the products after testing, then you may install on your machine. If you are not satisfied , please contact us timely, this is our office hour: Monday  to Saturday 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. (China working time). We will try our best to help you, thanks !

Return/Refund

1. If you buy the wrong items or you don’t want the item that you bought, you can return it back to us within 3-5 days, but you should offer the shipping fee. Thanks.

2. A full refund will be given if items are returned in their original condition.

3. Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.

4. We will bear all the shipping cost if the product(s) is (are) not as advertised.

5. The buyer will take the return shipping cost , if it is broken by yourself or order the wrong product. 

6. Once receiving items, we will refund you immediately.

7. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS!
